I have always been a "People Person".  In 1986 I graduated from Trent University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.  I knew then, that no matter what career I chose, I would always want to deal with people.  I believe that my personality combined with my education enables me to quickly and accurately identify and relate to the needs of others.
